French Week

The first week in December became French Week at Avondale Community College.
French classes were involved in various activities to promote French Language and Culture.
Some classes have been busy making posters to promote the event in the school.
Transition Year students have prepared cultural projects. They presented these projects to First and Second years as well as our visitors during Open Mornings. French students during the week, successfully raised awareness of French Culture among our newer French speakers.
The focus of French week for Fifth Year students was on the French media. They were busy researching French magazines and newspapers, as part of their Language and Culture Project.
